Great advice so far ..
Especially this>>>>
.Oh, and get as much sleep as you can now.
Kid's change your dynamic for the rest of your life. Hop on the wave, and ride. (Stay young)

I'd 'insurance up' for both parents, it's cheap and could be of value if needed.

Ditch the 529 / college accumulation to prioritize bolstering current cash position and available flows. In due time make a college plan, but there will be plenty of affordable college choices in the future, as there are today.

Keep the house and mortgage if you like, but 'multiple births' is an acceptable exemption for shortening the 24 month capital gains of primary residence.

If possible, Keep a parent or grandparent in the home rather than sweat the multiple issues and results of childcare. It's really quite temporary interruption and worth it + many flexible work options in each of your careers. We chose to homeschool, as did my CPA (and PhD) sisters. Not easy on anyone or earnings, but the results were outstanding. (Kid's future is of far more value, and long lasting than a few years incremental wages). Time will tell, you'll be able to discuss and make. I prefer to early retire while kids are home, do home businesses that include kids, then, go back to work when they leave home (if you must, highly unlikely, as you'll have other options and priorities)

Financially, you're in great shape and enviable position. Keep up the good work.
